Wojciech Slusarczyk
Wojciech Slusarczyk is a dedicated football coach and the founder of White Eagle Soccer Academy. He brings firsthand playing experience from European clubs and competitions, having played on professional fields across Europe. This background strongly influences his coaching philosophy and standards.
With a strong focus on player development, discipline, and team culture, Wojciech combines modern training methods with a passion for mentorship, creating an environment where players build technical skills, confidence, a strong work ethic, and a competitive mindset.
Under his leadership, teams have successfully competed in the Michigan State Cup, won the MYSL League, and captured numerous tournament titles across the United States. His approach emphasizes long-term development, mental resilience, and high performance -preparing players to succeed both on and off the pitch.
Konrad Czajkowski
Konrad Czajkowski is a highly experienced football coach and a proud holder of the UEFA A Licence, with over 12 years of coaching experience at the academy and professional development levels. Throughout his career, he has worked as a coach and Academy Coordinator with renowned clubs including Borussia Dortmund (Germany/Poland, 2019–2024), RCD Espanyol Barcelona (Spain/Finland, 2023–2024), and is currently with Wisła Kraków (Poland, 2024–present).
In addition, Konrad is the founder of Junior Football Hub (2024–present), an initiative focused on long-term player development and modern training methodologies.
He has taken part in numerous internships, coaching courses, conferences, and elite training camps across Europe, Asia, and North America. His professional mission is to create optimal, high-performance development environments for talented young players – helping them maximize their potential both on and off the pitch.

What is the White Eagle & Junior Football Hub Summer Camp?
A week-long day camp designed to improve players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, athletic performance, and mentality through structured sessions and game-based training in a supportive environment.
Who is the camp for?
The camp is open to boys and girls ages 8–16, from beginners to advanced players. We adjust training intensity and expectations to each group.

Wanda Park, Sterling Heights (Detroit, MI area). Please check the Location section on the page for the exact address/map.
What is the White Eagle SC Summer Camp?
Our Summer Camp is a soccer-focused training program designed to help young players improve their technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall love for the game. All in a fun, supportive environment coached by experienced instructors.
What is included in the camp package?
- Technical & tactical training sessions

Is lunch included?
A healthy lunch option is available for an extra fee (as listed in the package). Families can also provide their own lunch.
What is a typical daily schedule?
A typical day includes: warm-up/activation, a main training block, lunch break, workshop/challenge segment, a second training block, and games. The final day usually features a tournament + closing ceremony.
Exact times are shown in the Schedule section and may be adjusted due to weather or logistics.
Who are the coaches?
Training is led by licensed and experienced coaches with strong youth-development backgrounds. Coach-to-player supervision is maintained to ensure quality, safety, and individual feedback.
How are groups formed?
Players are grouped primarily by age and ability. We may adjust groups after the first session/day to ensure the best learning environment for everyone.
Is prior soccer experience required?
No. The camp is designed for all levels. Players are challenged appropriately within their group.
Is there goalkeeper training?
No separate goalkeeper-specific sessions are planned. Goalkeepers participate in the same soccer training program as all campers, and during game segments they are designated and rotated in the goalkeeper role as part of team-based play.
What should my child bring each day?
- Soccer shoes (optionally turf shoes)
- Shin guards
- Refillable water bottle
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Sunscreen (and optional hat)
- Packed lunch (if not using the lunch add-on)
- Goalkeepers: goalkeeper gloves (recommended)
Is a uniform provided?
- A camp uniform is included (as shown in the package). Details about sizing and distribution will be shared after registration.
Can I order extra gear?
Yes. If extra items are available (additional jerseys, socks, etc.), you will be able to purchase them during the camp.
Are there water breaks and rest periods?
Yes. Coaches schedule regular water/rest breaks and monitor workload to keep training safe and age-appropriate.
Are parents allowed to stay and watch?
Yes, parents may watch from designated spectator areas. For safety and focus, parents are not permitted on the field during sessions unless invited by staff.
What happens in case of bad weather?
We train in light rain when safe. In the event of severe weather (lightning, extreme heat, unsafe field conditions), sessions may be paused, adjusted, or rescheduled, and families will be informed promptly.
How do I register? What if it sells out?
Registration is completed online via the Register Now button. Spots are limited and may sell out—if that happens, you can join a waitlist or contact the club office.
What is the refund policy?
Refund terms are shown on the registration page.
- Cancellations up to 60 days to the camp: partial refund – 50% of total amount
- Less than 60 days to the camp: no refund
What about medical needs, allergies, or injuries?
Please share relevant medical information during registration (allergies, asthma, medications). Staff are trained to respond and will contact guardians immediately if any issue occurs.
Is the camp insured?
The camp operates under standard club event coverage. Families are responsible for maintaining their child’s personal health/medical insurance.
